Since becoming a real estate agent in 1984 and a licensed broker in 1987 real estate has been a lifelong passion of mine. My experience not only includes residential properties, but also multifamily, commercial sales, leasing and development. I also have experience in the corporate world, having founded a company that had Fortune 500 clients dealing primarily with C-level executives.
My real estate experience and my experience dealing with large corporations gives me the ability to handle all aspects of real estate, including contract negotiations and closing simple as well as complex transactions. Having graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Economics, I went on to Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where I earned my MBA. While an undergraduate at the University of Georgia, I was a four-year letterman, co-captain and scholarship athlete on the swim team.
That experience taught me the value of hard work, dedication and teamwork. I live in Scottsdale with my wife and enjoy staying in shape by training and competing in masters swimming. I have also served on the board of several organizations, including the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Hospital for Children. I enjoyed serving as a big brother in a Big Brothers/Big sisters program where I worked with inner-city children. I am knowledgeable, dependable, professional and honest. I am here to serve you, to help determine your needs and to fulfill those needs for you.
